MMM Week 25. Christmas foliage, flowers or snowflakes

Mornin all you lovely people.. how ya doin?
Well what a lovely theme we have for you this week... even if I do say so myself... seeing as it was my choice
Take a look at the fabulous art work the DT  have made to inspire you  at  Make My Monday
 Here's mine
The image is a gorgeous download from either Graphics Fairy or Deezinaworld
( sorry I wasn't very organised when I  downloaded this image I now have individual folders)
It's mounted onto silver holographic mirri card

Christmas Roses are one of my favourite flowers and these are in the Ivy set from U-Mount.They have been stamped onto one of the sheets from Anita's Christmas Silver Vellums then heat embossed with Heat It Up Snowflake tinsel EP.  The roses where very difficult to shape ... the EP kept popping off! so they do look a bit flat.
The background paper is  from Anita's Christmas Black Papers.
The leaves are a Marianne Creatables die.
They have also been sprinkled with the same EP
Here's a close up of the vellum flowers.
and this one shows up the sparkle... terrible photo but you get the idea..
The lace is from my stash bought from Carol at the Cubby Hole.

Have a great Monday followed by a happy week
 take care

What an absolutely stunning card Sue. I love embossing onto vellum myself but it is a bit of a b..... to cut out and shape I agree. You focal image is so pretty (hmmm, wish I looked like that, lol!)

Christmas roses bring back memories of my lovely MIL. She always had them in her garden and used to send me a bunch to decorate my Christmas dinner table. I wish I'd thought to lift them from the garden before we sold the house :(

stunning card, and you have done really well with the roses - EP on vellum is a ****** to cut out, let alone shape!

Suzi, I have enjoyed perusing your blog. This beauty really caught my eye!
Thank you for visiting my blog. I'm sorry you weren't able to grab my button. It must have been a Blogger glitch, because it's working fine now. We need the solace of art to counteract all this tech stuff, don't we?!ha!
ps I love you blog design. I have a 'thing' about French doors and windows.
