Pistyll Rhaeder North wales

This is the wonderful Pistyll Rhaeder waterfall in the Berwyn Mountains in North Wales. It is a magical, mystical place at any time of year...if you've not guessed its one of my favourite places
The waterfall is 240' high and the tallest in the UK. I've used one of the close up photo's for my header... I hope you enjoy them ...

The photographs were taken by Joe one day this week. apparently the car park was a treacherously covered in ice.

Thanks for sharing these beautiful photographs - the severe weather can be so beautiful but it's a shame it can cause such disruption too.
