Poppy time

Good morning and welcome,  being Monday you know that  means it's time for a lovely new challenge  at Make My Monday and this week we have a Clean and Simple challenge
 Clean and Simple Flowers
In other words your work must be clean and simple and only flowers and sentiment allowed.
Here's my DT card

Products
IndigoBlu: Poppy Meadow 1
Versamark
Black detail  EP
Whispers Strokes
Sizzix Embossing folder
Pale cream card stock
Stamping all day tag
Versamark Onyx Black
I've added  three tiny clear gems to the tag since the photograph was taken.
The second card was made with what was going to be  background paper for another project but I'd got a black mark on it so it was put to one side.  I thought it suited the challenge so made it into a card. The tag is hiding the black mark!

Products
Imagination Crafts Dragonfly Poppy template
Chalks
Adirondack: watermelon for the tag
Whispers Strokes to highlight stems
Diamond Stickles
Gems
Stamping all day tag
Pink and light cream card stock.
Bakers twine

Hope you've all been enjoying the gorgeous UK weather...   alfresco coffee and book.... bliss.
Missi has been lolling about looking for some where cool... she ended up inside the garden divider on a ledge, hidden from view I had to climb onto a bench to get the photograph. The divider normally has stone slabs on the top but one end has been left clear cos it's one of her favourite places.

Thank you for stopping by, your visits and comments are  much appreciated especially when the MOJO is sleeping,... I nearly put all my "stash" on eBay last week!! your comments help  to keep me going   :o)

Wow what a gorgeous poppy and love the card. Also great that you could use the background with the mark on it!! No, No do NOT sell your crafting stuff on Ebay - Mojo will come back and then you'd have to buy a new lot of stash!! Love the picture of Missy 'hiding' and relaxing.

Loving both of your cards, methinks you Mojo has returned beautifully. Also I love your bird house clock, that is fab. Did you make it?

You so can't sell your craft goodies! Just look at these 2 cards and that should be enough to convince you! They are stunning, the red flower embossed in black just pops off the card and the added glitz on your second card is a perfect touch. We need inspiration like this so just let your MOJO have a rest, mine is forever going on hols!!

If you ever stopped crafting, I'd cry! You are SO talented!!! Also, never put your stash on ebay. I'll buy it! ;) Just kidding--never leave us!

These are both so pretty! I LOVE the deep red popping off of all that glorious white space on the first and the shimmer of the flowers on the second is marvelous! HUGS and hope you have a great week! :)

I love both your cards, Suzi - the red poppy is gorgeous and what a clever way to cover up a smudge on your work.

How cute does Missi look sleeping in her little hidey place.

He! He! How is it that pets can make themselves look so comfy in the most uncomfortable of places?

Love both your cards Sue. The first one is very elegant and the second one quite chic. The chalks have worked beautifully with that lovely stencil.
