Main image: Dress Up from Paperbag Studios stamped with Vintage Photo DI onto white card that has been distressed with DI's Tea Dye and Vintage Photo . The Kraft card layers have been given the same treatment.
I wrapped this gorgoues, ... well actually ...I don't know what its called but I love it. I'm hoping Carol from the Cubby Hole where I origanally bought it can get more. I'm calling it twine ribbon.

This is what the "twine ribbon" looks like before I start "messin" with it.
It's about 4cm ("2 1/2") wide but I love cutting it down and using thinner pieces with lots of lovey frayed edges plus I pull out single threads which make fabulous knots and bows as seen on this card.
Do you like what this little minx has done to her hat? so now that her hat is OK she's putting on her lipstick!

What a lovely image and it is great given the monochrome treatment. No idea what that stuff is called either but it looks very handy to have in the stash.
This I'd totally gorgeous.

Gorgeous card Suzi, I have that stamp and I love it! She looks wonderful in monochrome and that stringy, ribbon stuff looks very useful:)

I simply LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your card! You're spot on with both the CAS and monochrome style, and the decoration on her hat and the twine are such fabulous details!
What a marvelous monochromatic card and truly an amazing CAS card. Incredible color and layout. Thank you so much for sharing your fantabulous inspiration with us at 4 Crafty Chicks.
I know what Val means Sue but twine ribbon sounds much nicer than stringy ribbon stuff! Whatever it's called you've made great use of it here - I love your monochrome card. Vicky x
What a beautiful CAS card that fits the theme so well. I love the image and the decoration on her hat. Thanks for stopping in at my blog, Shirleyx
Sorry I've not been by for a while Sue ....... life chaos getting in the way again! I'm looking back through all I've missed but might not get time to comment on them all so doing this one first because I absolutely love this. The image is beautiful and how you've used it is total inspiration! Love the hat and the twine/ribbon (can see why you want more of that) and the monochrome shades you chose are right up my street. Brilliant piece of work Sue!
