Here is my interpretation of the sketch using a KaiserCraft stamp, coloured with Derwent Inktense water colour pencils.
This is the sketch provided..
Ladies on parade!
Enjoy your week end, I'm out this evening to see a live rock band in a local pup...
I enjoyed the Olympic opening ceremony last night.. fantastic! I was with 3 girlfriends drinking wine with nibbles and dips ... and lots of fun and laughter especially towards the end of the night?.. mm hic :o)

Loving those ladies on parade Suzi and the black lace border really sets them off beautifully. Glad to hear you enjoyed the ceremony so much!! Hugs, Buttons x
Wow, this is wonderful Sue! I really love this card and agree with everything that the other commentors have said. I'd like to add that the tiny sentiment is perfect for this card as it doesn't take the focus from the fabulous image and that gorgeous lace.
I thoroughly enjoyed the opening ceremony on Friday too, without the wine unfortunately ;(.

Being a woman, to be female, to be a woman .... the words of one of the Polish songs. Your card immediately przywpomniała me those words. Postcard very pretty and so feminine :)
