I intended to use this butterfly, which is a free download from The Graphics Fairy
for the "feared" acetate challenge.
I never got round to using it that week so here it is for this weeks Lucky Dip challenge.
The" happy accident" refers to the punched border. I coloured the first one with DI Weathered Wood but it was too much and since I didn't have any printable acetate left :( and I couldn't peel the border off, I punched another border, kept it plain and stuck it on the top leaving the top flowers raised to reveal the blue underneath. Quite like it :)
The tiny butterfly is stamped in black directly onto the card and in blue onto acetate.

The butterflies are gorgeous especially on acetate, they look so dimensional. Great touch with the punched border. Tracy x
Another lovely card - it is good to make use of happy accidents. I always say there is no such thing as a mistake - think of it as a new design opportunity!! (I'm not sure it always works for me but it does quite often).
Beautiful card, love it
